NORDIC Group constructed a 4,600 SF maintenance/shop building for the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service in New Richmond/St. Croix, Wisconsin. Nordic completed the installation of concrete footings, slab, concrete apron, concrete stoops, concrete pads for the propane tank, and concrete wash pad for vehicle washing; in-floor high-efficiency boiler radiant heat; ventilation per code requirements; construction of insulated metal walls and roof; and installation of a 1,000-gallon buried waste holding tank.
This project included a mezzanine area, an office space, a restroom with a shower and a mechanical room on the ground floor. Additionally, a potable water well and septic system were completed for this project.
